1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1. We make every effort to ensure that information concerning you remains private. This document explains the rules and manner of collecting, processing and using information about users of our website: safewro.pl (“Website”). Please read this document carefully in order to understand our privacy policy and how your personal data is used.
1.2. The operator of the Website and the Personal Data Controller of the Website users is SafeWro Przemysław Drzewiński, NIP: 8943186235 (hereinafter referred to as the “PDC”).
1.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the rules set out in the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1.4. The Website performs functions of obtaining information about Website users (“Website Users”) and their behaviour in the following ways:
1.4.1. through information voluntarily entered in personal profiles,
1.4.2. through storing cookie files (“cookies”) on end devices,
1.4.3. through collecting web server logs by the hosting operator SEO Host.
1.5. The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the Website User.
1.6. The Website may also store information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
2. COOKIES
2.1. The Website uses cookies.
2.2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the end device of the Website User and are intended for using the Website pages.
2.3. The entity placing cookies on the Website User’s end device and accessing them is the PDC.
2.4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
2.4.1. creating statistics that help understand how Website Users use the website, which makes it possible to improve its structure and content,
2.5. The Website uses two basic types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the Website User’s end device until logging out, leaving the website or closing the software/web browser. Persistent cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
2.6. The web browser usually allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default. Website Users may change their settings in this respect. The web browser allows cookies to be deleted or blocked. Detailed information on this subject can be found in the help section or documentation of the user’s web browser.
2.7. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Website pages.
2.8. Cookies placed on the Website User’s end device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.
3. SERVER LOGS
3.1. Information about certain behaviours of Users is subject to logging at the server level. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the Website and ensuring the most efficient handling of the hosting services provided.
3.2. Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be recorded:
3.2.1. the time the request was received,
3.2.2. the time the response was sent,
3.2.3. the name of the client station – identification carried out through the HTTP protocol,
3.2.4. information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
3.2.5. the URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) – if the Website was accessed through a link,
3.2.6. information about the user’s browser,
3.2.7. information about the IP address.
3.3. The above data is not associated with specific persons browsing the pages.
3.4. The above data is used only for server administration purposes.
4. PERSONAL DATA
4.1. We collect personal data voluntarily provided by Website Users, including telephone number, e-mail address, first name and surname.
4.2. The personal data of Website Users is processed for the purpose of:
4.2.1. contacting the client and delivering a digital file,
4.2.2. sharing information with cooperating partners,
4.2.3. statistical purposes,
4.2.4. fulfilling the obligations imposed on the PDC by law,
4.2.5. fulfilling legally justified purposes pursued by the PDC or by data recipients, which do not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject (in particular direct marketing of the data controller’s own products or services), provided that the Website User gives separate, explicit consent to the use of personal data. The PDC does not make consent to the use of personal data for the purpose of contract performance conditional on granting consent to the use of personal data for marketing purposes.
4.3. Personal data collected by the PDC may be disclosed to the relevant state authorities, at their request, on the basis of applicable legal provisions.
4.4. The PDC will contact the user by e-mail or telephone.
4.5. The PDC provides appropriate technical and organizational measures ensuring the security of personal data made available by Website users, in particular preventing access to such data by third parties or its processing in violation of legal provisions, as well as preventing data loss, damage or destruction. The measures applied comply with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000, as amended).
4.6. Website Users have the right to:
4.6.1. access their personal data, and the right to supplement, correct and update the content of the data,
4.6.2. request temporary or permanent suspension of the processing of personal data or its deletion if it proves to be incomplete, outdated, false or collected in violation of legal provisions,
4.6.3. object to the processing of their personal data – in cases provided for by law – and the right to request its deletion when it becomes unnecessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
